I have hired this company to for a urgent us waiver. Last Oct.. I given them a application for a waiver. I had the understanding from a case worker, that they could get me a waiver within 6 months. I really wanted to go on a family vacation in April with my wife and grandchildren. My case workers name is Alex Keeling. He contacted me regarding payment and it would cost 520.00 for a urgent waiver. To this day I have not heard from them. I left several messages, phone messages and emails. I left messages on his personal extentios. I charged this on my credit card and they will not reinburst me my money. I had report them to The RCMP, better business burea, the consumer affairs and still nothing. This company is nothing but a scam. They even have all my personal information on hand. After they had received my money they do not communicate with you. Very poor company to deal with. All I want is my money back, I had a understanding, that I could get my money back if I am not satified. This is a scam.
