When I watched the today show on 12/14/10 they avertised "Jills steals and deals" in particular Christine Price handbags. I ordered one that same day and was charged for it that same day. To date 2/23 I have not received the product nor any e-mail pertaining to this issue. I e-mailed them on 2/21 asking them to cancel my order and refund the charges. I have not heard back. I feel I have been taken advantage of this is ridiculious to have ordered and paid for something months ago and not received any refund or feedback. Does not the Today show take some responsibility for advertising something to the consumer without thoroughly looking into the legitimacy of the product/company offering these deals?
