Contacted Global Visa's early December to gain information and help in getting a visa for a colleague to work temporarily in the US. The took basic detail ie. Name, DOB. They immediately took £2500 from us and never supplied us with any other information. When we persisted to contact them they wouldn't give us any information and declined our refund request. We contacted our bank to gain our funds back this way and on two occasions our bank sided with Global visas despite them not providing us with the service. We have ended up paying £2500 for a 15 minute phone call. After experiencing these issues we have now ready many reviews against this company and i advice to never use them!
