Looks like I'm not the only one to be had by this company. I placed an order online for the starter kit for 4.95, it arrived and had a used cartridge attached to the battery and was missing 2 other cartridges and on top of that the battery was defective. Checked my card a month later and there was a charge for 109.67 which is totally fraudulent. Called the company and after much frustration they agreed to refund a partial amount. I had to cancel my card so they could not bill it again. Contacted my credit card company and if they can't get my money back will file complaint with better business bureau and attorney general of florida. Hope this company gets shut down, do not do business with these greedy dishonest people.
