Ordered flowers for valentines day to be delivered in Japan. Website said everything was on it's way. Nothing arrived.
Phones were never answered and directed me to email. Online chat didn't work and directed me to email. Email was answered very late. It took over 2 weeks for them to say they had cancelled the order.
Nothing was ever delivered.
They never even apologized.
Took over 2 weeks for them to cancel.in that time, I could have ordered from someone else.
Wife was upset.
They did refund my card, but due to changes in currency, I lost 4$. So it cost me 4 dollars to put up with this nonsense. Terrible service in every way.
And "Richard", I see you spend lots of time searching message boards for people who complain about your service. Maybe you should spend more time actually working than writing meaningless responses.
