Charged two different months for something called

I have no idea what business this company is in or what services it professes to offer. I definitely never authorized charging my credit card for anything this company does. After the first charge in March I contacted my credit card company to initiate a dispute. ACT*CITY contested my claim, so I recontacted my credit card company. The case was reopened and is not yet resolved.in May I noticed another charge from ACT*CITY and I contacted my credit card co. To open another dispute claim.
