In July I purchased a made-to-order item from this individual/company via their listing on eBay. I was to make a 50% downpayment ($157) and that time with the balance ($157) due upon completion of the item. That balance was paid in September. Both payments were made by PayPal. I have since made a number of eMail inquiries requesting an update. Sometimes responses were readily forthcoming, sometimes not. The individual has never contacted me of their own volition. Responses to date have offered a variety of excuses for non-delivery but never a commitment to deliver. The individual/owner/maker has been apprised that owing to their failure to commit to delivery, fraud proceedings would be initiated.
