Merchant (Tony Xiao of Sunshine Coin Laundromat) runs and operates a coin clothes laundromat. There are more than 30 wash machines along with over 30 dryers. As a consumer and a former Consumer's Rights Activist I anticipate business operations operate to it's fullest integrity with respect to the public and people of California.
Unfortunately, merchant Sunshine Coin Laundromat has operated his business with faulty, malfunctioning washers and dryers. Albeit, merchant is aware of his malfunctioning machines, merchant fails to rectify an ongoing problem.in fact, more than four (4) consumers have complained about the malfunctioning machines and have not received any amicable results. Consumers complained that the several washer machines (#8, #9, #12, #15) cease in the middle of the washing cycle and fails to finish. Furthermore, dryer machines (#9, #11, #13) have repeatedly failed to complete the dry cycle leaving clothes soak and wet after 30-45 minutes of drying on the "highest" heat setting.
I also experienced problems with Mr. Xiao's services. I have attempted to contact Mr. Xiao however, Mr. Xiao has ignored my phone calls and failed to rectify the perpetual problem.
Thus, not only is "this" merchant failing to fulfill his obligatory responsibility to the public but creates a miscreant in California's business structure.
