Buyer beware!
Ordered flowers May 6th. Promised delivery May 7th. Not delivered. Emailed - no response. Phoned, finally spoke to someone who said they would look into it with a view to a possible refund. Last I heard from them. Seemed to have blocked me out of any further contact.
Days later, well past the event, flowers were finally delivered, well past their prime.
Out of curiosity, I Googled ASIC with Bloomex's ABN 147 609 443, and found that as of Feb there is Notice of Company Deregistration against them. I'm sure ACCC Office of Fair Trading would be interested in this.
Moral of the story: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLOOMEX.
