I sent an email to shoppers advantage to cancel my subscription or order to them for great fun, my order #765193, at $16.99 a month. The $16.99/month has continued to be taken out of my bank account even though I canceleed this last November. I have the email that I cancelled this.
What can I do to get them to stop taking the $16.99/month out of my account?
