Ordered via free trial, then cancelled via email as they had no call number. Despite this i have had a report from my bank they tried to get payment and were refused money the first time sadly they went in for it again and took £69.00 from my account. I have gone to their web page twice and cancelled next stop the bank although they said i need to cancel it with the company first. No consumer rights here!
