I ordered a 2yr magazine subscription as a gift for my mom. It is now May 10th (6months later) and she has not received her magazine nor have any of the 4 messages I left on the company's "Support Request" link been answered. Of course there is no other way to contact them so now Im going to have to call my credit card company and see if there is anything I can do to get my money back and if not then i guess Im out $55.
