I ordered a magazine on 1-29-13. On April 5 the magazine had still not arrived. I emailed their customer service 5 times over the
next month with no replies. I called the (330) 400-4349 phone on my credit card bill several times, no one would pick up. Currently I'm trying to get assistance from my credit card company to get my money back or at least try to warn others.
