I was on vacation from Tn. And stopped for gas and to cash a $10 dollar scratch off card. I bought $46.00 in gas and went in to cash in my card. When I went to cash in my card the lady looked at another employee and grabbed the card from my hand and said I should have scratched off the bottom of the card. I don't think an employee for any company should act this way. I told her that with her attitude I would not come back to that ststion and her reply was OK.
