I was sent paper work on how to Modify my mortgage. I called the number that had given to me and went through so many channels of how this was going to be done and I had to send them 3 checks in the total amount of 3500.00 Dollars. I sent them a check for the amount of $1500.00 on 5/09 then on 6/13 another $1500.00 and the last check for $500.00 was sent out on 7/11. They kept calling me to tell me what I had to send them so I did. This went on till this year every month there was some kind of faxing or phone calls coming from them or from me to them. When I last heard from them was in April which was from a phone call telling me that Ms. Green was going to be on my case now and when I tried to get in touch with her, there was a Phone that was no longer in service. This was recorded on my phone as to who she was and I still have them. A couple of them I have saved so there is some proof that they were in existence. April I received a letter to say that my house was going to be Auctioned off on May 7th. When I tried to call some one, on all the numbers that I had they were no longer in service. I had to hire a lawyer to help me and that is costing me so far $7900.00. They were also doing business @Debt Relief Services@1-714-238-9098. My husband is Retired and he is 66years old, I am still working a 40 hour a week job and I am not in the best of health. I am 60years old. We just were trying to keep our home and they did nothing but take our Identity and who know what they are going to do with it. Please can you help me. Taken advantage of seniors is just not right.
