We posted on Alibaba that we want to order helium balloons.
Second person to respond was Andy from Promogifty with good price he was very efficient.
On 27/11 we sent him US$30.00 for the samples to
PING ZHAN 1A Block Millenium Oasis Park Tian Mian Futian Shenzhen Guandong China 518000 they arrived within a week.
Then we agree about the balloons shape, colours, size and price a part payment of US$3080.00 to start the production.
On 14/12 we sent western union money to
shiqiang lee - 1f, jin bao industry district north part, shang xue industry city, long gang, shenzhen, 518048 china.
After he received the money all stopped.
We wrote @mails to him with no response.
This was our first and last order from China!!!
