I placed an order online for two items which were promoted as free but with a small postage charge. About 3 weeks later, I discovered that£77 equivalent to 120 dollars had been charged to my account. On calling the company's helpline I was told that a trial period was referred to. There was no mention of a subscription on the main advert. I was misled.
