Subject was contacted by phone several times by these parties promising a large sweepstakes prize, and demanding cash from her to pay "taxes" on the prize money. Subject sent cash in the amount stated, using MoneyPak cards. Parties demanded (by phone) more cash for "taxes", but no prize money is forthcoming.
