$5.95 restocking fee per bottle (never mentioned). They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee "or your money back" but if you open the product, no refund... How will you know if you are satisfied without open it and try it? The whole experience was awful! They keep pushing and pushing to make you keep the product... So painful to deal with... Also the BBB gave them "F"... I found this out too late...
