Me and my girlfriend got a fax through our (well what we thought was our HR Dept.) about these vacation packages so we called and spent right at $2000 for our family to go on a dream vacation. We called to book our reservations and they informed us that there wasnt anything available for those dates, so I asked about other dates and they said that they would have a supervisor contacted us within 24 hrs and still havent recieved a call. I tried several times to get in touch with anyone and they just keep telling me that the system is down and that someone will get back with us when it comes back up.
We have worked very hard for the money that we spent for this vacation and all we want is our money back. Please times are too hard right now just to basically throw that kind of money away. We have 4 boys that we could have spent that money on for clothes or other needs. Please someone help us please.
