In two thousand and a hundred i opened up an account with m and t bank to buy my home and everything was fine but they where over charging me fees of $38.50 for ever purchase with bank card and with check i asked them over and over why it was so much and they told me it was like that for a reason because it was over draw and i told them per day ever day and they said yes. When i asked them about the house and why they sold it to a different company they told me they bought it i was told when i bought my house that it was on lock and they cant nor would they sell it to any other company and they did it was at 6.75 and that was why we took the deal because they stated that they would sell it and they did. And the company that bought it over charged me by stating that they never received payment so i had to pay them twice and the one that was over payed i never received back and they never added to the account even though i told them to then they resold it to a different company with the same lock on the loan well from that my money that was in my account has always been over drawn and i am wondering why i fixed it where i only have to pay $4.99 a month and they are withdrawing 38.50 which they lowered to 35.50 for over drawn account they take it for each and ever check and ever bank card now i owe them over 1000 i am on social security and i watch how much i send and i dont know where this money is going because of the fact that i fixed it to $4.99 a month and not per check or per check card purchases i cant afford to pay that amount and i told them that and they stated that they take it out everyday until it is all paid in now how is that possible when the bank card is only 20 dollars and they are taking out 35.50 for each and every one a day also i have my kids things in stocks and their stock never rose and i took out a thousand on two of my kids and one had only 7. Oo dollars i never took money from their stock or bonds and she only has 7.00 they said it was cashed out and that only that amount was lift i said that isnt possible because i cancelled it and there should be money in that account under gabriella tilaj i told them to forget it and they sent it to me any way i never cashed it in i still have it so if you can please help me because i am at my wits end because this been happening to me for over 3 years and i didnt buy anything in that time my card didnt even work thank you
