The New Magazine City

I ordered online through Magazine City a years subscription to Readers Digest. My credit card was charged $29.98 but magazines were never received. I contacted Readers Digest, they had no record of the order. I have called Magazine City several times and never got a reply, twice I left a message and no return calls. I checked with Chase Visa; the charge cannot be credited because there is a 90 day time frame for disputes. I delayed disputing this waiting for magazines to be sent and also because of sending information to Readers Digest by US Mail and finally checked online to find Magazine City is a scam.
