I made a gift purchase in January for my guy's birthday. A month later, I called to find out the status on shipment. The man who answered the phone said that their distributor flaked out on them and they just got a replacement. The man said that he would get the product in the next two weeks and that he would add a complimentary gift to thank me for my patience. I called again on March 31st and it was the last time I was able to reach someone. The man said that the product would arrive at their store / warehouse on April 7th and I should receive my product by April 14. It's now May 4th. I'm an investigator and I will find the owner and file a class-action suit against him and the company if I don't get this resolved asap. They can run, but they can't hide. Shame on them for the lies, disappointments, and deceipt.
