I placed a purchase order for Proceline (a hair therapy product) with Speedwinds Nutrition Inc on January 4. However, I didn't receive the product even after one month after paying for it. The purchase order details are mentioned below. When I contacted Speedwinds by email I was informed thus "International delivery generally takes 12-14 business
Days to arrive. This means you should have received the order around January 25th, though it may take up to 2 weeks longer if it is delayed in customs for inspection. Thank you for your order and please let us know if you need any further assistance." I waited further for another month for the product. When I didn't receive the product I contacted them again and again but I did not receive any response. I have filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau and hoping to get my money back ASAP.
