It's useless to have the promises on the company's behalf, if not complying with the rules of 'on return or undelivered goods' / My account was debited on the same date 19.12.201 for both ordered products; 'Buy2 get 1-free NUVORYN' & 'Buy2 get 1-free PureClense' / none has been delivered! Both are under 'Nathans Naturals - Nuvoryn' listed on my debitcard. After numerous complaints I've got refunded for one lot = $119.90AU & the second of the ordered goods debited on the same date =$126.85AU was nowhere mentioned ever since regardless of 2 phone calls & 8-10 e-Mails sent in this regards. I sincerely believe the company is practicing unlawful by: not complying to the own set Rules, misleading advertising & ignoring customers rights not returning the money on not supplied goods!!! / No trust for me in this Company, neither would advise to anyone tempted by!
