I am having an impossible time making long distance calls on minutes purchased; my system is Verizon and I have roughly 3,800 minutes remaining thru MCI. Their service has been deplorable since ceasing the per minute system. About every 5 days another snag occurs in the system making it impossible for me to use long distance. They are trying to promote a new system and I am convinced these problems are created by design in attempt to get existing customers with minutes to just give up trying and subscribe to the new system. I would be astounded if you did not have hundreds of others contacting you with the same complaint. Please tell me what to do, if I did not have roughly $100 in minutes remaining I would quit them and never again use and MCI not Verizon service again. Charles R. Aldine
