I signed up for a free trial of skincare. I supplied personal details for postage, (I live in UK) including card details for postage only. They have taken 2 authorisations from our account, the total as above. This is illegal. We wish to take action against them. My husband is an attorney. We demand they release the authorisations immediately and confirm they have done so.
