A man claiming to be a us soldier being deployed in just a couple days had a car for sale in the amount of 1600.00. He wanted to use google checkout. I believe the "google checkout" was a scheme as well. Although they did send me an invoice via internet but then after i wired the money thru western union, they turned right around and wanted me to send another 1200.00 for insurance, claiming their policy had changed one day prior and now required insurance. I did not send that and told them i wanted my money back imediately. I havent been able to get responses from either party. The google checkout people had me wire the money to an agent by the name of dennis duarte, 1124 anastasia ave. Miami, fl. 33134. I then had to send a fax of the western union reciept at 206-337-5060. So the total amount ive lost is $1,731. That includes the fee it took to wire.
