My name is Jorge Coronado and I’m writing to you because I paid $150.00 of $450.00 for an Immigration Paralegal Course to a crook by the name of so call Doctor Ray Harrison Ph. D according to him, with MDS and Associates located at: 1902 Marigold Lane, West Covina, California 91791. Phones # (626) 918-3599 Office and (626) 552-2885 and a page: www.mdsandassociates.com
This false Doctor advertises in Working World Magazine in Los Angeles and he uses copies of Nolo books, he is charging $395.00 cash and $450.00 in payments for an Immigration Paralegal Course that is a copy of Nolo books, he sends photocopies of Nolo’s material.
I spoke with him yesterday to ask for my money back in he got up set and he told me to do whatever I wanted to do and now I’m doing what is supposed to be done, to report this crook and stop him from reaping-off more people with this scam.
I sent him a check for $150.00 he cashed and he sent me an envelop with photocopies of chapter 2 of U.S. Immigration Made Easy by Nolo books and a hand writing “welcome letter” asking me to read the chapter twice then send him another payment of $150.00 to schedule a lecture.
I’m writing to you to stop this person from cheating people, I don’t have any chances to recover my $150.00 but at least I’m going to help others form getting screw by this individual who is breaking the Law and infringing the copy rights of Nolo books that I have used various of them in the past, I had learn how to do Corporations, Non Profits, BKs, Evictions and I didn’t know this person was copying this marvelous books, I thought this crook was going to come up with his own material.
I’m buying all of the Immigration Nolo books and learn to be able to teach others the Immigration process in their own language but I will always refer them to the source if ever I teach a class I will ask my students to buy their Nolo book for the class in Spanish but at the end the tests will be in English.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and for taking action to stop this individual form defrauding people, I like the Law and no one is above the Law and justice have to be serve to protect people form this kind of people who hurt others by fooling them like he did with me and stole from me $150.00.
