But, by paying $149, all you get is a filled form with all the information you provided, you do not submit the form electronically, and you will have to mail the application fees additionally.
This is a SCAM, and should be stopped and persecuted. Please everyone stay away from this people, they will get $149 to fill a 1-page form that you can do in less than 10 minutes and then you will have to collect and mail all the documentation again.
