To whom it may concern.
I, joe (Personal Information Removed) cancelled this cellphone item, after i found out it was going to take more programs to make it work on my cellphone so i cancell this order about fifteen menuites after a talked to one af the customer service reps. I talked to a lady and told me she was going to cancell it wright away and i wasnt going to be charged for it. I got the bill this morning and i notice she never did cancell. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
