Sent $5404.00 for 3 gold coins thru paypal. They were sent but were immediately recalled by sender when they got to my Post Office. After a lengthly delay I realized that the sender would neither send me the coins nor the money back. I complained to paypal, but because I was past their arbitrary 45 day limit for their "buyer protection plan" they refused to help. The sender has since left the country leaving my money in his paypal account. I don't know where he mover to but said he can't get into his paypal account. Paypal said my money is indeed in his account but they refuse to help.
