This company has refused to release my funds to me on several occasions. I had my card stolen and they never reported the card stolen in 1 incident and once they finally did they sent 3 cards that never had my balance transferred onto instead of putting my money on the cards they sent with a zero balance they said i would have to wait until they, mailed out a new card. They take weeks to mail the cards and still never get my balance on the cards that they send but sending a zero balance card and showing my funds on an imaginary card number. Always refusing to transfer my money onto the received card and saying that they will issue another card. Same scenario has happened 3 times. They have even laughed when i have called to report that they keep doing it. I have had to file a report once because of this with the better business bureau and they are still giggling when i call to report that they have done it again. I was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago so i need my money to take care of my son and myself. This is no laughing matter and it is intentional. Please make this company stop playing with peoples livelihood. Life is too short and i am living proof. Please help me. Cindy crispin (personal information removed)
