Signed up for a "free" trial which I never received. However, they started sending filters and charging me $79 several times. Called them (the number is on the credit card bill by their name)—you are connected with someone in another country who can't speak English very well. I told them to cancel—they said they would even though I signed up for a "lifetime" but refused to give me a cancellation number! The woman also refused to connect me to a supervisor. She said I would receive an email with a cancellation number on it within 24 hours (which I have not yet received 10 days later).
