I have tried to transfer my points from "dream" account to "cash account to be able to use the points i have collected. I always had a cash account and never gave them instructions to put it into dream. I do not travel, or go to movies and all i used my points for in the past was for purchases at jean coutu pharmacies. They are very adamant about moving it from one account to the other, not to mention how rude they were on the phone. However when they put it my points into dream they never asked me. This has happened to a few other people i talked to. I am convinced this is an easy scheme on their part to put points into dream to make it difficult or even impossible for people to redeem their points.
I would be happy to see my 487 points in the cash account, or i would even settle for gift certificates for either jean coutu or reno depot or shell where i collect the points.
