Not honoring points for purchases

My recent purchases are being denied for points, even though I have made the exact same purchases previous with no problem. They are Walmart purchases, and My points claim that walmart says that a promotional code was used that made the purchase non qualifying for points. It seems like lots of recent problems with the company including not getting rewards.
