I ordered a dress on Monday and paid with Paypal. My account still shows that I have not paid. I have sent email to the customer service people, I have filled out a contact form and sent it, I have tried to chat with them multiple times (very broken! The link takes you back to the home page, or the session times out because they never respond), and have received NO replies 4 days later. I have called them multiple times. The number is either busy or NO ONE ANSWERS!!!
I have paid over $100 and have nothing to show for it so far - not even an order #. Yes their dresses are really cute, great selection, great prices, etc. But if they take your money and never respond, they are a fraudulent business!!
