I ordered one bottle of garciniacambogia, as advertised on line, for the price of $31.00 (free shipping included), paying with my credit card. My Electronic Receipt Number is 1172062. The next day I received an email from [email protected], stating that the cost would instead be $159.00 and that in addition I was signed up for a monthly membership with YourTrimTrainer.com, at a cost of $9.47. A customer service number was provided (855-978-6683). I did manage to get the TrimTrainer membership cancelled, but the representative said he could not refund the $159.00 charge for 5 bottles (not one, as per the ad) of garcinia cambogia. I tried another number (972-512-3978) and spoke with a representative, who stated refunds are not possible and asked if I would like to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor, Britney Davis, said that they only dealt with sales and that I would have to contact Customer Support, and gave me the 855 number I had already called. I wrote an email stating my complaint as well. Clearly, this operation is a scam, pure and simple. I'm hoping that, with enough complaints, something will be done to end this fraud.
