If you are not interested in after service like GROUPONS, you should not be putting us consumers at risk of cheating sellers advertising on your streetdeal website. I will have to resort to further measures to highlight this to the newspapers.

To whom it may concern
I wish to inform you that I have been unable to get through the number provided in the streetdeal voucher for Ainol Electronic 011-28050037. The website www.ainol.com. My also does not exist. Writing to the gmail ainol. [email protected] also no reply.
I bought this power bank at RM138 (which is expensive) but because it has a 1-Year Warranty, I proceeded with my decision to buy it as other power bank deals had 1-month, 3-month and 6-month warranty only although cheaper.
Have I been scammed? Please help me contact the person at Ainol Electronic. This is my first purchase through streetdeal and I am encountering this issue.
Thanks
Mary

Dear Sir
As per attachment, please advise how to and where to send the Power Bank for replacement as it is still within the 1-Year Warranty.
The Power Bank has been unable to charge my Samsung Note, Samsung SIII since three months ago. Although it's blue light indicator is 4, it still not able to charge my mobile phones although plugged in for more than 5 hours. It will still remain at 2%.
Hope to hear from you soonest.
