Bought a RM 97 StreetDeal voucher (RM97) on 3rd Oct for a multi function mini cooker. They promised to deliver by end Oct but never receive the cooker. Despite following up with Streetdeal via various emails (you can forget about calling 03-62019699 cos no one picks up the calls. Very unprofessional of StreetDeal) they hardly reply. I even wrote to their parent company, StreetDeal S'pore on 14th Feb and they reply by giving empty promises, week after week to refund but to date the money has yet to be credited to my account. It's absolutely ridiculous dealing with StreetDeal. No doubt the amount involved is small but that does not mean StreetDeal can get away with such unprofessional services.
