I am also a victim of this predatory firm Known as JK Harris and Company. I have already posted my "saga".. But please be advised... For all of you that do not know it already. There is a lawsuit pending, with an Oakland, Californa couple, that is in the process of being turned into a class action suit. The law firm is Hersch and Hersch... in San Francisco. And the attorney who is spearheading it is Seth Rosen. He contacted me several weeks ago.
My case is downright fraud. But I have a Congressional inquiry open, at the present time, and cannot talk to this attorney. But everyone else can! Forget the BBB... Forget Consumer Affairs... Go directly to your Congressman, in your district. That is what I have done and have already met with the Congressional liason to the IRS. I will take it as far as the Office of Professional Responsibity, in Washington, DC.
I have been granted a meeting with that agency, as soon as I exhaust efforts with my local Congressman, Michael Burgess. That agency, the OPR, is the top "watchdog" in the United States. Start flooding that office with mail! You can only contact them by mail. That's the federal agency that can bring this coporate predator to it's knees.
