I purchased a washing machine with a 4-year warranty for an additional 100.00. When I needed to put in a claim for repair, it took over 20 days to get parts before repairs could be made. With a family of 5 doing 3 loads a day, after 20 days we were unable to continue... Home Depot would not honor a reasonable alternative to help me. Money wasted with no resolution from Home Depot. It is now the 24th and no washer?
