Like everyone else that filed a complaint, they sent a letter stating the recipient had won close to $3 million. My mom is the one that received this letter and she is an 85 year old widow on a fixed income and it makes me so mad that they almost scammed $20 from her. Luckily she asked me to look at before she sent any money in. I told her if she really won money she wouldn't have to send money first to claim her prize.
