Was approved for a $10k loan through this company was advised that since i did not have collatral i would need to make my first 6 months payments upfront so they could get the loan underwriten as secured. I western unioned on 4/1 $1185.00 which reprensent the 6 months payment. I was told the funds would be in my account the next business day, next day i get a call saying the underwriters wouldn't accept just 6 months prepayments, they needed 12 months, so i had to send another $1185.00 western union both times costing me $111.00 which i was informed would also be reimbursed with the loan disbursement. Both times the money was wired to bwight bowman out of manhattan ny. I received a new contract signed by brian j sanders, ceo. Next day, surprise no funds disbursed and i get a call from david freeman who advises that the lender pulled out and breached the contract. That their lawyers would be in contact with me about the breach but the only thing they could do is either refund my money (hell yes) but that would take a month and i would have the funds by 4/30 or i could take a larger loan and have to pay more towards the security. I requested the refund. I have an email from david freeman stating that i would get a email from the ceo stating all this in writing of course never received it and all phones are disconnected and website is gone!!! Not thinking my money will be in my acccount on the 30th. I am a single mother who is now facing eviction cause these sleezebags stole from me. Help!!! What can i do? I have a signed contract too
