My e-mail addressed to and the above date, has been rejected. The text was as follows 'Dear Sirs,

As 11 weeks have now elapsed since the goods were returned by surface post to Media Monster, please determine whether they have been received by the Returns Department of this Canadian distributor.

If so, please say when repayment of £71.69 may be expected.

Presumably repayment will be carried using the credit card used for the original payment.

My letter dated 29 Oct 12 (to Media Monster - receipt of which has never been acknowledged) and my e-mails of 1648 hrs 24 Aug 12,1246 hrs 02 Oct 12 and 1101 hrs 31 Jan 13 refer.

Your e-mails of 1648 hrs 24 Aug 12,1748 hrs 07 Sep 12 and 0118 hrs 03 Oct refer.

As this matter has stretched almost over eight months, it is to be hoped that it can soon be brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
