The hotel was a disaster, there was only scalding hot water in the shower and sink, the elevators - all of them - were consistently out of order, the bedding was stained and never replaced. We left after 2 of a 4 day stay, which was difficult as the Democratic National Convention was in town and nearly all hotels were sold out. The room rate was triple the normal rack rate, $320 per night, versus $99. We are seeking partial refund ($520), as housing was provided and used, but was totally unacceptable, equaling the difference between normal and inflated rates.
