Hi all, I bought a waterproof camera for a Xmas present, the first day we took it to the beach it go water damaged, I knew how to operate the device so I am 100% positive that I didn't misuse the camera but egoblal are say that I have even tho they haven't asked me what happened and won't answer my emails.
