Unscrupulous contractor lied about costs of land and sold at an highly inflated rate. Grossly underestimated costs of building new 3400 sq. Foot home and did not have enough of his own funds to finish according to our contract.in my opinion he is very untrustworthy and does not opperate in good faith as he randomly changes the "rules" as he goes. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off!!!
