This site is set up to look like the USPS change-of-address site. It makes you think you're working with the post office, but instead of charging $1 to change your address you quickly learn your credit card has been charged $19.95. If you call to complain they tell you they've already filled your request and you're responsible for the fees. They refuse to refund any money.
