They took money out of my bank account without my knowledge, I checked with my bak and cannot reverse the payment. I have tried to finda telephone number to call them, but to no avail.
I am a carer for my terminally ill 82 year old father who has cancer. I cannot afford to lose this money. I live on benefits at present.
